A handy guide for Emma Britton Glassware FAQs. We’re always happy to help if you have a different query, would like to chat to us or simply need some help choosing a gift – see contact details for the team here. 

How will my glassware be packaged?

We carefully wrap each glass individually for safe and secure postage. First, in gift-ready colourful tissue paper, then in protective, honeycomb paper wrap – an eco-friendly alternative to plastic bubble wrap! We use recyclable and recycled (where possible) extra packaging too. 

How quickly can I recieve my order?

If you’re in a hurry, select the Express delivery option at checkout. We’ll then dispatch your order on the same or on the next working day, to arrive the following working day via courier. You’ll also recieve full tracking information via email. 

Standard delivery is via Royal Mail, and usually takes 3-5 days from dispatch. 

Can I send my order as a gift?

Absolutely! Your glassware will be wrapped gift-ready in colourful tissue paper, and you can select to include a free gift note too. Leave us your message in ‘Order Notes’ at checkout, and we’ll handwrite it on a pretty gift card, designed by Emma. 

To send direct to your recipient, simply add their shipping address at checkout. Rest assured we never include any pricing information in our parcels.

Can I personalise my glassware?

Personalisation and monogramming is available for new orders of Emma Britton glassware. Choose to add to the base of glasses a date or name/s, for an extra special touch. You can add this to your order online. 

Do you offer gift vouchers?

Shop gift vouchers online, available for £10 and £50 amounts. We’ll post your physical voucher to you or your recipient, or alternatively choose to have your voucher emailed. Vouchers are valid for 12 months from issue date, and can be used against any Emma Britton glassware, homeware or splashback. 

Help, the product I’d like is out of stock! 

We decorate and hand-finish all Emma Britton glassware in-house, in our studio in England. During busy periods, best-selling products sometimes sell out, but we will be doing our best to decorate more. Drop us an email to find out when we’re next decorating what you’d like.

You can occasionally pre-order glassware when we are busy decorating and more is coming soon. An estimated lead time will be noted in the product description.
